Nominations and Important Instructions

All clubs are required to register all their competitors by the deadline for preliminary nominations, no later than February 6, 2025 at 23:59 (4 weeks before the competition starts).
New competitors must undergo the registration process and be registered by the deadline for preliminary nominations.
Note: After the conclusion of preliminary nominations it is not possible to register new competitors. Only withdrawal of registered competitors is allowed.
Last change of preliminary nominations: February 6, 2025

Clubs have the option to change age and weight categories of their competitors by the deadline for final nominations, no later than February 13, 2025 at 23:59 (3 weeks before the competition starts).
By the same deadline, it is necessary to:
- Send valid medical examinations for all registered competitors to the following email: josiptoric1997@gmail.com.
- Pay the entry fee for all competitors.
Important notes:
- If a medical examination for a competitor is not sent by the deadline for final nominations, the competitor will be removed from the nomination list.
- If the entry fee for the club is not paid by the deadline, the entire club and all its competitors will be removed from the nomination list.

Registration of competitors is done through the following form.
Requests for modification of preliminary nominations are sent exclusively by email to josiptoric1997@gmail.com from the club's official email.
Email details:
- Subject: "Cibalae Open Cup 2025 - Request for Change of Preliminary Nominations"
- Content: Clearly described request for change.

List of preliminary nominations will be available 48 hours after the end of preliminary nominations.
- Deadline for preliminary nominations: February 6, 2025 at 23:59
- Last change of preliminary nominations: February 6, 2025.
List of final nominations will be available 48 hours after the end of preliminary nominations.
- Deadline for final nominations: February 13, 2025 at 23:59
- Last change of final nominations: February 14, 2025

Detailed competition schedule, including groups, timing, and judging schedule, will be published 48 hours after the final nominations end.
